These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Talent Tech Expo website (the “Site”) and your participation in the Talent Tech Expo event (the “Event”). By accessing the Site, registering for, or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or attend the Event.


1. Definitions
- “Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Bluewater Events Ltd, details in Clause 2.
- “Event” means Talent Tech Expo, including any associated networking events, seminars, or activities.
- “Site” means www.recruitmentagencyexpo.com and any related microsites.
- “Attendee” means any person who registers for, attends, or participates in the Event.
- “Exhibitor” means any company or person with a contracted stand or sponsorship presence at the Event.
- “Sponsor” means any company or person providing financial or in-kind support in return for agreed benefits.
- “Content” means any text, images, video, audio, or materials on the Site or produced in connection with the Event.~

3. Use of the Site
- You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not attempt unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or databases; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful technology; or copy, scrape, or systematically extract content without our consent.
- We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice.
4. Event Information & Changes
- Event details (including dates, speakers, floor plans, exhibitors, and schedules) are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.
- We may alter, postpone, relocate, or cancel the Event at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to changes or cancellation.
5. Registration & Tickets
- Registration is free unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold.
- We may refuse entry or remove attendees whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
- Proof of identity may be required at entry.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may be restricted from certain areas.
6. Attendee Code of Conduct
- Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully toward others.
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
- Commercial activities, distribution of leaflets, or filming require prior approval.
7. Exhibitor & Sponsor Disclaimers
- Exhibitor/sponsor listings are self-supplied. We do not endorse or verify their products, services, or claims.
- Any transactions between attendees and exhibitors are solely between those parties.
- We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any contracts formed between attendees and exhibitors/sponsors.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Content is owned by Bluewater Events Ltd or its licensors.
- You may view and print pages for personal use only.
- You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any Content without permission.
- If you submit materials (e.g., for a speaker slot or exhibitor profile), you grant us a royalty-free licence to use them for Event promotion.
9. Photography, Filming & Media
- The Event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes without payment.
- Media representatives must be accredited in advance.
10. Health, Safety & Security
- You must comply with all health, safety, and security instructions from Event staff or venue representatives.
- The Organiser reserves the right to conduct bag checks or deny entry if security concerns arise.
11. Accessibility
- We aim to provide an accessible Event. Contact us at least 14 days before the Event with specific requirements.
12. Property & Personal Belongings
- The Organiser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the Event.
13. Links to Third-Party Websites
- The Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions relating to the Site and Event.
- We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
15. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions at the Event or misuse of the Site.
16. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, acts of terrorism, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue damage.
17. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organiser in relation to the Site and Event and supersede all prior agreements.
19. Data Protection
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
- By registering, you agree to receive necessary Event communications. Marketing is sent only if you opt-in.
20. Changes to These Terms
- We may amend these Terms by posting the updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance.
21. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
